Recovery Dharma, a peer-led group that uses Buddhist practices and principles to find freedom from the suffering of addiction. The program uses The Four Noble Truths and The Eightfold Path as a guide for recovery. Meetings are a chance to come together to support recovery through mindfulness, self-inquiry, meditation, study of the Dharma, listening, and building community.
Each meeting offers short readings, a 15-20 minute meditation, and group sharing in a compassionate, non-judgmental space. Attendees are asked to respect the anonymity and confidentiality of all participants.
