Mindfulness Meditation

All are welcome to join in secular style meditation sessions with currently 2 online weekly classes.

The sessions are run by qualified teachers and are offered on a donation basis. 8-week Mindfulness for Stress Reduction courses are also available.

When does it happen?
Online classes take place on:
Wednesday lunchtimes (12.30 to 1 pm) and
Friday evenings (6.30 to 7.30 pm).

A long term student at Jamyang since 1999, Jane has facilitated online courses and sessions for a number of years, including facilitating weekly mindfulness sessions, organising carers’ events as part of Repaying the Kindness project since 2011,  cultural activities and multi-faith events as part of CCC.
