Fermentation Workshop

Our fermentation workshop is a social and educational session where we roll up our sleeves and make fermented food together.

While doing so, we share stories and knowledge around food and culture as well as the health benefits of fermented food.

At the end of each session you take home a small jar of live fermented food to look after and enjoy eating.  In past workshops we have made kimchi, fire cider (immune boosting vinegar tonic) and miso paste.
