Community Activities

Join our community activities, and be part of our neighbourhood

Community Events and Activities

Our community events and activities are open to everyone, offered on a free or donation basis to support our communities and collective well-being. From hands-on workshops and creative sessions to group discussions and gentle movement, each gathering is an opportunity to connect, learn, and share.

Most activities take place in our welcoming café space, where the warmth of the community and the occasional comforting sounds and scents from the kitchen create a truly homely atmosphere. A few activities also happen in other spaces to best suit their nature.

Come as you are, meet locals, and be part of a supportive and vibrant community.

See the list of activities below for details on upcoming events, including how to join.

All activities follow our safeguarding guidelines.

Have you recently experienced a bereavement? You’re welcome to join us for tea, cake, and open conversation—or simply to listen—among others who understand, in a space with no set agenda.

Climate Café

A friendly, informal space to share thoughts and feelings about climate change – supported by facilitators and shaped by those who attend.

Death Café

An informal gathering to talk about death in an open, respectful way. There’s no set agenda—it’s not therapy or support, just honest conversation shared over tea and cake.

Dying Well

A space to explore death, dying, and what it means to live fully—with open conversation, shared reflections, and no set agenda. All are welcome, wherever you are on the journey.

Fermentation Workshop

Discover the magic of fermentation, make delicious probiotic foods, and connect with the microbiome community. It’s fun, educational, and nourishing!

Jamyang Walk

A chance to pause, walk, and reconnect—Jamyang Walks bring our community together to enjoy the rich natural beauty of London and its surroundings, offering balance and quality time amidst busyness of daily life.

Listening Hour

A monthly 2-hour space for connection and empathy, hosted by those with experience in Nonviolent Communication (NVC). It’s not a workshop, but a peer-led listening space open to all.

Join us for weekly online meditation sessions in a friendly, secular setting—open to all and guided by experienced teachers.

Plant Gazing

A meditative workshop where we observe, draw and enjoy tea-drinking with a seasonal plant—deepening our connection with the plant, ourselves, and the world around us.
